Same-Day Wedding Hire
Your welcome sign will typically be delivered and professionally installed between 8am–9am on your wedding day and collected at approximately 10pm the same evening.
Exact times will be agreed with you and your venue in advance.
From setup until collection, the hirer is responsible for ensuring the hired item is kept in a safe location and is not moved, altered, dismantled or damaged.
The display must not be moved by the hirer, wedding party or guests. If the venue needs to move the display, this should only be done by authorised venue staff and with Tyne Finery’s permission.

The hired item remains the property of Tyne Finery at all times. A booking is not confirmed until we have checked availability for your event date, received the required event and venue information, and confirmed the booking in writing. If we cannot accept your requested date, any payment made for the unavailable hire will be refunded.
You are responsible for providing the correct event date, venue name, full address, postcode and access information. Please ensure that your venue permits the item and that suitable, safe access is available for delivery, setup and collection.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the event date or cancel. Date changes are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate a replacement date, the booking may be treated as a cancellation. Any personalised work, materials or other costs already incurred may be chargeable where permitted by law; any applicable cancellation terms will be made clear before the booking is confirmed.
From setup until collection, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the hired item. It must not be moved, altered, dismantled or attached to anything without our permission. Reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged for loss, theft or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
Please inspect the item when it is set up and tell us promptly about any problem. If Tyne Finery must cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative, payments for the cancelled hire will be refunded.

Delivery, Setup & Collection
Delivery, setup and collection arrangements will be confirmed once we have received your event date, venue name, full address and postcode, and checked availability.
The hire price includes the arrangements stated in the product description or booking confirmation. Additional delivery charges may apply for venues outside our usual service area, difficult access, restricted setup times or other special requirements. We will agree any additional charge before confirming the booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate venue and access information and for ensuring the venue permits the hired item. Please tell us about stairs, parking restrictions, loading restrictions or limited access before booking.
Unless agreed otherwise, Tyne Finery will deliver and set up the item and collect it after the event. The item must not be moved, altered, dismantled or attached to anything without our permission.
Event dates and delivery times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Tyne Finery. We will take reasonable care to meet the agreed arrangements and will contact you if circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay or change.
