The venue illustration is the signature feature of your stationery suite, adding a timeless and personal touch to every piece.
Choose from our exclusive Tyne Finery venue illustrations, or commission a bespoke illustration of your own wedding venue. Your selected artwork will be carried across your invitations, RSVP cards, menus, envelopes and coordinating stationery, creating a cohesive collection that is uniquely yours.
Custom Venue Illustration: After ordering, simply provide us with your venue details or a photograph, and we’ll create an exclusive hand-drawn style illustration for use throughout your stationery suite.
Guest Numbers Guide
Wedding invitations are typically sent to couples or households rather than individual guests. This means the number of invitation suites required is usually around half the number of guests attending.
As a guide:
40 Invitation Suites – Suitable for approximately 80 guests
80 Invitation Suites – Suitable for approximately 160 guests
100 Invitation Suites – Suitable for approximately 200 guests
If you require a different quantity, please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
Return & Refund Policy
All items from Tyne Finery are bespoke and made to order.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
We will always ensure every piece is produced to a high standard. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
For custom orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, wording, sizes, and details are correct before approval and production.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Shipping & Collection
All items are made to order and crafted individually.
Production times vary depending on the design, level of customisation, and current workload.
Once your order is complete, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service.
Delivery:
UK delivery: typically 1–3 working days after dispatch
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped
Local Collection:
Local collection is available by appointment.
You will be notified when your order is ready, and a suitable collection time can be arranged.

If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur — this is part of the bespoke nature of our work.
Production Information
Invitations and RSVP cards are professionally printed and dispatched once your design has been approved.
Wedding Breakfast Menu Cards are produced separately and supplied closer to your wedding date once final guest numbers, menu selections and dietary requirements have been confirmed.
Final menu information must be provided at least 12 weeks before your wedding date.
