The venue illustration is the signature feature of your stationery suite, adding a timeless and personal touch to every piece.
Choose from our exclusive Tyne Finery venue illustrations, or commission a bespoke illustration of your own wedding venue. Your selected artwork will be carried across your invitations, RSVP cards, menus, envelopes and coordinating stationery, creating a cohesive collection that is uniquely yours.
Custom Venue Illustration: After ordering, simply provide us with your venue details or a photograph, and we’ll create an exclusive hand-drawn style illustration for use throughout your stationery suite.
Guest Numbers Guide
Wedding invitations are typically sent to couples or households rather than individual guests. This means the number of invitation suites required is usually around half the number of guests attending.
As a guide:
40 Invitation Suites – Suitable for approximately 80 guests
80 Invitation Suites – Suitable for approximately 160 guests
100 Invitation Suites – Suitable for approximately 200 guests
If you require a different quantity, please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Items
This product is made to order and personalised to your specifications. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once a design proof has been approved or production has begun, we may be unable to accept a change-of-mind cancellation or return.
Where a proof is provided, you are responsible for checking all wording, spelling, dates, sizes and other supplied details before approval. Errors contained in an approved proof or in information supplied by the customer are not manufacturing faults.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tynefinery.com. Photographs of the item and its packaging will help us investigate. Reporting visible delivery damage within 48 hours is helpful, but failing to do so does not remove your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Shipping Info
Shipping & Collection
All items are made to order and produced individually. Production times vary according to the design, level of customisation and current workload.
If you require an order for a particular wedding, event or delivery date, please contact us before purchasing. A requested date is not guaranteed until confirmed by Tyne Finery.
Once complete, orders requiring delivery will be securely packaged and dispatched using a suitable tracked delivery service. UK delivery is typically 1–3 working days after dispatch, and tracking will be provided where available.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with delivery problems where possible.
Local collection is available by appointment. We will notify you when your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time.

Production Information
Invitations and RSVP cards are professionally printed and dispatched once your design has been approved.
Wedding Breakfast Menu Cards are produced separately and supplied closer to your wedding date once final guest numbers, menu selections and dietary requirements have been confirmed.
Final menu information must be provided at least 12 weeks before your wedding date.
