As each item is bespoke, production times can vary depending on the design and current workload. We aim to complete orders as efficiently as possible and will keep you informed throughout the process where needed.

Shipping:

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available.

Delivery:

Delivery times depend on the courier used and are outside of our control once the order has been dispatched.

Delays:

Occasionally, delays may occur due to workload, material availability, or factors outside our control. If this happens, we will keep you updated.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
