Tyne Finery is a trading name of AW Electrical & Construction Ltd.
All items are made to order and created specifically for each customer.
Cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled before work has commenced. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom & Personalised Items:
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom or personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Non-Delivery:
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Details:
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details and delivery information are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
